HOW IT WORKS
After an initial consultation, I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to understand your goals, abilities, and schedule.
I’ll design your first exercise routines and nutrition targets, providing you with all the tools you need to succeed.
You’ll receive access to your new account and the DTF app, where you can track your progress, log workouts, and manage your photo diary, among other features.
As your Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, we’ll schedule a LIVE fitness session, either a full Virtual PT Session or a technique coaching session. The Online Training Package includes one Virtual PT or Coaching Session every 4 weeks, plus an additional coaching call with me to check on your progress and make updates.

VIP Personal Training – Key Things to Know
Weekly Sessions
One live personal training session each week via FaceTime or Skype (Zoom not supported).
Fixed Appointment
Your session is booked at the same time each week (e.g., Friday at 8:00 AM).
Rescheduling
Possible with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to trainer availability.
Membership Model
£150 is billed every 4 weeks via Stripe. No refunds once payment is made.
Trainer Availability
David will be available at least 45 weeks per year. No refunds or credits when he is on holiday.
App Access
Use the DTF App and Client Log-in to stay on track when live sessions aren’t possible.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
Health & Safety
Clients must ensure they are fit to exercise. Training is undertaken at your own risk.
Ending Membership
Cancel any time by giving at least 48 hours' notice before the next billing date.
