MEET DAVE
Born in 1981, my passion for sports and fitness started young. As a child, I excelled in swimming, competing at the county level. My love for the ski slopes began at age 8, leading me to compete in national slalom competitions.
Transitioning from skiing to swimming, I captained my school team, winning gold at national championships.
While studying in London, I took up running and gym training, completing numerous half marathons and the London Marathon in 2013. I qualified as a Gym Instructor and Advanced Personal Trainer in 2010 at the Premiere Training Academy in London.
Starting my career with Nuffield Health, the UK's top fitness and wellbeing company, I gained extensive experience, working closely with health professionals and physiotherapists, and developing a strong interest in injury rehabilitation and exercise prescription. I eventually managed a flagship fitness center in the corporate sector, training high-powered individuals.
In 2013, I established Dave Todd Personal Training in South West London. Life’s adventures have now brought me to France, where I train clients across Europe using my online platform. For the past 15 years, I’ve been working as a Virtual Personal Trainer from my fitness studio in Europe.

As I 've moved into my 40's it is mor important than ever for me to stay strong and flexible so that I can keep moving pain free and enjoy a healthy and active life.
I practice what I preach, and start and end every day with a flexibility or mobility routine that takes just a fewshort minutes. You'll find these daily routines in the SIgnature Series 'Strong & Flexible' program.
As I've suffered with back and sciatic problems for a number of years, I've found that my Yoga and Pilates training helps me to keep strong and mobile and they are both great methods to complement my more traditional training.
As long as you can stay motivated and keep moving pain free, that is all that matters, the rest is easy!
